Gay/Lesbian

Being a gay /lesbian is not wrong... or illegally... but it all depends on the individual person thinking. Someone thinking that they are straight, only will fall for the different sex.... one day ended up being with someone the same sex. Is it funny or unexplainable... How did you get atracted to ''her''? Wat was the strong influence? Looks, attitude, behaviour, booze...?? An explaination...

Flirting with that someone on the phone, smsing, going out... where is all these leading to. Deep down, she is a good listener, feel comfy with her, and etc...

Giving hopes and crushing it down is not really a good thing to do to anyone... until unless you really wana cheat them or be an idiot. Should flirting stop or still continue when its giving u hapiness that you cant get when being with a real man. Very loving character, makes u confuse or is it just you own imagination. Questions ot be asked:

1) Do really wan a solid relationship with her?
2) How much do u wan to be with her?
3) what abt ur thoughts that u are straight and will fall for guys only?

Giving a chance to yourself to be happy with that someone rather than being alone or jus be good frens.... too much of thought in the mind...

Time is passing by, feelings are being developed...i think the best is to give time to both parties and see the outcome....

Party of the Year

Ok... the time and the month is the most suitable time to have awesome party... So I'm planning a party for the whole gang. This is to cover all out 21st birthday parties and also party till you can. (I dont think i need a reason to party)

Cover Charge: RM 50 ++
Confirmed Attendees: Nattlie , Rupi, Sal, Kavi, ALex, Chuman, Jaski, Thuls, Kalai

Anyway.. i'm already planning for the menu of food and drinks... yummy.. there will be pizza, cake, tibits and etc. Liqour will be served too... own risk ya

Cant wait for next friday... whooo.....party babes.....

Christmas Mood.....

Its only the 7th of December... I'm in the mood already... I got myself a christmas tree and got to decorate it this week..... shall post them later on. Plans for this year would be : I'm going to Penang wit my family to give a surprise to my nanny who lives in Batu Feringhi...

I will be driving there..hope not to get lost (touchwood).... but guess i will manage it .. have the map all securely with me....

Small company.... 2 many issues

A small company with minimum workers of about 10 people... can create a family like atmosphere... but sometimes this is not the atmosphere all of us can get..... small problems will create to bigger problems and then cater to internal arguments.

Y cant we all work together to become one, even knowing that we have different thoughts and opinion. sometimes the most irritating part is... certain people do not wan to confront the problem but tend to create more additional problems because of their attitude. Is it because of their own attitude or is it because of the geographical area they come from???

Taking leave is a problem. even using your own AL.... how shall i explain this when i have worked in the HR dept for a long time.... weekends are filled with people working from home to chase dateline.. once a month is understandable..but every week.... its torture.....
Do we actually wan end up like this??? I'm sure there are people like this.. rushing datelines, submission of projects....


How happy are we in this situation?? slogging for nothing.. jus to get paid some 4 figures at the end of the month... where else...deep down your heart, you are longing for love from your family and friends.

Lastly, employers please take care of the welfare of your employee's... without them the company is not moving....

Dilemma on job

After 6 months working as a BD Exec, i have the urge to change job now.... firstly, i have not been performing up to my personal standard..or closing any deal.. not even an RM 1 deal is in. I can actually perform well within 3 months back at my ex office.

Should i start doing HR/Admin or should i continue marketing??

Personally, i think i prefer working in HR department, dealing with people's attitude, secretarial and etc... Is it a good time to change job now?? Is the effect of the economy slow down will affect me?? Lots of things to think about.

Or should i just, stick with my current job and get sufficient knowledge about business world as it can comply with my studies now... no doubt that i am learning new things everyday., but till when can i lie to myself and be juggling with my inner emotions.

I'm not yet confirmed.. it got postponed because.. higher management is busy... omg... but at least i didn't get sacked fro under performing right?? ;) shall wait and and hope that increment
is good and confirmed by christmas.. then it would be a good christmas gift... i shall pray and hope for the best

Old Memories

Time really has past by.... almost 5 years we have left school and here we are back again as one.. Ironically, we always get to meet up in a big group for Sal's birthday.. Should i say accidentally or its just that... early week of December is the time we get some time off... hmmm...

This time, some of us have brought along their partner in life... and i'm happy that Sal has found her's... cant wait to meet him then....

I was sad because i didn't get to talk to Rupi and Jaski.... We shall blame it on the long table ok.... we meet this cute waiter and... Jaski i think was in cloud 9 with him... cant blame her though.

Anyway gals, i'll be arranging a wasted party on the 19th december 08, time and venue will be decided soon. I'm running on time now... will drop you guys a personalized message on fb and in my blog for the update..... I hope this time everyone will be able to join and make it as the party of the year.. and also celebrate 21st birthday babes/dude bash.... we have one adult supervision (hahaha)..... shall find out soon.
